We had a fantastic time showcasing our singing talents and bonding as a family. Additionally, we enjoyed exploring the thrilling activities at Ichinoide Kaikan and the breathtaking beauty of Mount Tsurumi. Our children were filled with excitement and wonder throughout our stay, creating unforgettable memories.

For dads, it would be great if the guest house had a small play area or game room for children.

We had a fantastic stay at Guest House Matsukiso. The dormitory bunk I booked was upgraded to a spacious room with comfortable futon beds. The manager was friendly and explained everything to us. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants just a minute's walk away. The common area and pantry were nice, and we enjoyed the free tea provided. The highlight was definitely the hot spring bath on the premises, although the shower spray was a bit strong for my liking. it was a comfortable and affordable stay, just like living in our own home.

Super authentic Japanese experience, clean and spacious room, comfortable futon bed, friendly staff, great value for money.

We had a blast singing karaoke in almost ANY language! We totally rocked Ichinoide Kaikan and Mount Tsurumi! Such epic experiences, dude!

But, like, there was only one downside. We wished there was a groovy bar or club nearby to party it up with other young peeps.

The tatami and futons were comfortable, great atmosphere, friendly staff, good location with nearby restaurants, enjoyable common area with free tea, relaxing hot bath.

Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me when I had a problem. The rooms had a traditional ryokan feel with comfortable futon beds, adding to the overall experience. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day.

The heating in the room was not working properly during our Christmas stay and the staff didn't seem interested in fixing it. We also found it quite noisy at night, with traffic noise coming in from the street.
